Continuous Pouch Packing Machine
Continuous Pouch Sealing Machine is a kind of packaging machine which seals the open end of a three-side sealed plastic pouch. The sealing is done by a heat process, the heat sealing band with self texture firmly heats seals the plastic pouch.
This pouch sealing machine is a semi-automatic pouch packing machine. i.e. one has to fill the pouch with the product and manually insert the open end in the sealing area, after that rest of the process of heat sealing is done by this machine.
On the other hand, other models of pouch packing machines are also available in the Market which automatically forms the pouch, fill the pouch and seal it, these are called FFS machines (Form Fill Seal Machines).
These FFS machines are used in industries where the production is of large volume and thus the packing is also high and continuous.
